Anti-panic lighting is supposed to prevent panic in larger gatherings in events of general power failure and enable people to reach access points to clearly marked escape routes at a certain brightness (0,5 lx, corresponds roughly to a clear night at full moon).
Photometric requirements (table) apply for the entire ground surface except boundary areas of max. 0,5 m width.
